1 Interpretation and Definitions

In this document, "Platform" refers to the dn99e website and all services offered on it. "User" or "Player" refers to any individual who registers an account and uses the dn99e platform. "Agreement" refers to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety together with all policies referenced within, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

"Withdrawable Balance" means funds in your account that have met all relevant wagering requirements and are eligible for withdrawal. "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit or incentive credited to your account under conditions set by dn99e from time to time.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods

dn99e supports a range of local Malaysian payment methods for the convenience of players. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency namely USDT, BTC and ETH.

• Minimum deposit for all payment methods: RM30.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50.
• Withdrawals are usually processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours after the request is approved.
• All withdrawals must be submitted using the same payment method used for the deposit, unless otherwise agreed by dn99e.

dn99e reserves the right to hold or cancel withdrawals suspected of being linked to fraud, money laundering or a violation of these Terms until an investigation is complete. In such cases, our support team will contact you for further information.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by dn99e are subject to specific wagering requirements and eligibility rules. The main platform promotion is the welcome bonus for new players.

The dn99e welcome bonus gives a 100% match on your first deposit up to a maximum of RM888. The bonus amount received must be wagered 25 times before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

dn99e reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time with or without prior notice. Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash and cannot be transferred to other players. Any attempt to abuse bonuses or exploit promotions will result in the cancellation of the bonus and further action against the account in question.

5 VIP Programme and Cashback

Active players are automatically eligible for the dn99e VIP programme, which consists of five tiers. Each tier offers a different weekly cashback rate based on the player's betting activity.

• Bronze — weekly cashback of up to 0.2%
• Silver — weekly cashback of up to 0.5%
• Gold — weekly cashback of up to 0.7%
• Platinum — weekly cashback of up to 1.0%
• Diamond — weekly cashback of up to 1.2%

Players can move up tiers based on their ongoing performance and betting activity on the platform. dn99e reserves the right to review and adjust VIP programme benefits from time to time. Cashback is credited weekly and is subject to specified usage conditions.

6 Game Rules and Player Conduct

All players are required to follow the rules of each game available on the dn99e platform. Game system outcomes are final in all situations. dn99e is not responsible for any losses arising from technical issues on the player's side such as internet disruption or device failure.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the dn99e platform:

• Using automated software, bots or any tool that provides an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Transferring funds between accounts with the intent to avoid wagering requirements.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or system bugs — such vulnerabilities must be reported to customer support immediately.
• Using a false identity or misleading information during the registration or verification process.

7 Responsible Gambling
